I am having an issue with my label puckering around the bottom, is there a charge to resolve my issue and make me samples?

There is a small tooling charge as our equipment requires custom tooling specific to the size of your component.

Do I still pay a tooling charge if you are unable to resolve my issue and can't provide me samples?

We will run any size order that is needed. Our MOQ is 15k units, a machine setup charge is required for all orders under our MOQ.
